Only when employees can work with peace of mind, take pride in their work and make the most of their abilities can we provide the best service to our customers. We believe that the happiness and growth of our employees ultimately lead to customer satisfaction and the growth of the company.

Our roots lie in salon management that began with just a single store.

In our early days, we faced every kind of challenge, from day-to-day store operations to attracting customers, hiring, developing people and building an organization. Falling down and getting back up again and again, we solved the problems that arose on the front lines one by one and turned that experience into our next stage of growth.

Although it was not by design, the very challenges we faced while growing our business became the catalyst for new businesses, and they now form the foundation of our group.

Given the nature of the business we started with, we have long valued building a company where women can thrive. As our business has grown, we are now shifting toward becoming a corporate group where diverse people can realize their potential, regardless of gender or experience.

What we especially value as a holding company is not strongly projecting the holding company’s own personality or values, but respecting the aspirations, philosophies and unique cultures of each group company. Each company has its own history and the aspirations of its leaders and employees. Rather than painting them all in a single color, we want to be a presence that makes the most of each company’s individuality and supports its challenges.

It is not the holding company that takes center stage, but each group company. More than that, we want to be a company where every member of our staff feels they are the one in the leading role. We also want to be a broad-minded and dependable holding company that can embrace the potential of any company, whatever its business or values.

What we aim for is not a corporate group specialized in a particular industry. Drawing on the experience and problem-solving skills built on the front lines, we aim to be a corporate group that keeps creating innovation across many fields, unbound by business domains, by combining diverse personalities and experiences.
