Our Story
From a single salon to supporting stores.
2012
It began with a single salon
Our roots lie in running a single eyelash salon. We faced every kind of challenge, from day-to-day store operations to attracting customers, hiring, developing people and building an organization.
2016 –
Challenges became new businesses
As we solved the challenges we faced on the front lines one by one, that experience gave rise to new businesses in childcare, media, outsourcing, bakeries and more, and it forms the foundation of our group today.
Today
Now supporting stores
Drawing on the experience and problem-solving skills we built through store management, we now offer solutions through marketing and AI. With Tenpia and others, we continue to take on new challenges as an innovation team that supports stores.
